ADMISSION POLICY

  • The applicants may obtain admission forms along with the prospectus from the office of the main campus, Sialkot and the offices of affiliated colleges and sub campuses on the day duly notified and advertised.
  • They are required to fill out the form in their own handwriting.
  • The agreement at the back of the form must be signed by the applicant as well as by the parentsor guardian.
  • The University will display a list of the provisionally selected candidates on the University Notice Board and/or the University website.
  • The selected candidates will pay / deposit admission fee and other dues within the notified dates, Otherwise their admission will automatically be

Detailed Marks Sheets

  • Matriculation / O-Level Certificate
  •  Detailed Marks Card of F.A/F.Sc/A-level Certificate
  •  Equivalence Certificates issued by IBCC
  •  Provisional character certificate from the institution last attended
  •  CNIC of the Candidate as well as Father/Guardian
  •  Monthly income certificate of Father/ Guardian
  •  Domicile Certificate

Admission Requirements

  • The candidate Should have passed metric or O level examination from an institution recognized by the Government.
  • Private students are also considered for admission if they fall on merit and given age-limit.They should have passed metric from any B.I.S.E located in Pakistan or from any other examining body recognized by the education department of the Punjab or Government of Pakistan.
  • The admission of Pre-medical, Pre-engineering and I.C.S will be Strictly on merit.
  • Wrongly filled and incomplete admission forms will not be accepted.
  • Submission of admission forms after due date will not be entertained.
  • List of selected candidates shall be displayed on the notice board of the University as per schedule.
  • The selected candidates shall pay admission dues within the notified dates otherwise their admission will be considered cancelled.
  • Deposited fee will not be refunded except security dues.
  • The fee will not be received in installments and the challan form of the selected candidate will be received from the Treasurer’s Office.
