Career Brief:

My field of specialization is plant physiology and soil microbiology. I earned my Ph.D degree from PMAS Arid Agriculture University, Rawalpindi. I visited to Florida International University, USA and gained work experience in soil microbiology and plant physiology lab. I joined Government College Women University Sialkot as a Lecturer in Department of Botany (30-March-2022 to Date). Prior to that I have five year teaching experience in Siddeeq Public School System.

I am in interested to deal with different types of abiotic stresses of plant, plant growth promoting rhizobacteria, role of fertilizer in plant growth and bioremediation strategies. I have various publications in field of physiology, bioremediation and organic fertilizer. I have participated in various national and international conferences and attend several workshops and seminars. Currently, my research plan focus on bioremediation strategies, use of organic fertilizer and plant growth promoting rhizobacteria in mitigation of abiotic stress.
