Career Brief:

A dedicated professional, benefiting from experience working effectively as a part of multidisciplinary team of academicians, Dr Iram Rubab launched her career as a lecturer in English from Riphah International University Faisalabad, in September, 2017. After the completion of her Ph.D, she joined as an Assistant Professor in September, 2018. Prior to this, she completed her Master of Philosophy in English linguistics from The Islamia University Bahawalpur; and Master in English Literature from Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan. Her thesis explored the legal issues encountered by the messes and how the legal language can be simplified to speed up justice in Pakistan.
Her areas of interest for research activities are; applied Linguistics, issues in syntax, legal linguistics, forensic linguistics, English for Specific Purposes (ESP) and genre analysis
