Dr. Adnan Adil is a distinguished Professor of Psychology and Chairperson of the Department of Psychology at Government College Women University, Sialkot (GCWUS). With extensive expertise in advanced quantitative data analysis, his research spans diverse areas, including mental health, psychometrics, psychological capital, emotional labor, organizational leadership, clinical psychology, and the psychology of religion. Dr. Adil’s academic journey is marked by numerous accolades, including silver medals in both MSc and MPhil from the National Institute of Psychology (Center of Excellence), Quaid-i-Azam University Islamabad, an HEC Indigenous Fellowship for his PhD, and the Best Teaching Award in 2006 at the University of Sargodha. Recognizing his exceptional research contributions, he was also honoured with the Best Researcher Award at GCWUS in 2023. In addition to his significant contributions to academia, he has held key leadership roles, actively fostering research and academic excellence at GCWUS.
