Or come to the office directly and take an appointment according to the available time. Depending upon the urgency of the case, appointments will be arranged as soon as possible. In order to validate your student status, we need to have your university ID card with you when you visit us. And a referral letter from your department is needed if you are referred from your department.

What can you do in an emergency?

If you need to see someone in an emergency, please immediately let us know. An emergency would include:

• Feeling that you are at risk of hurting yourself or someone else.
• Feeling too overwhelmed to function as you would normally.
