On account of H.E.C 15 years celebration of the establishment, Dr.Mukhtar Ahmed, Chairman H.E.C, arranged different sports activities at H.E.C cricket ground, Islamabad. Students from Lahore College University, Punjab University, and Govt. College Women University Sialkot was invited to participate in different sports.
   
  
After that, the services of H.E.C and Dr. Mukhtar were acknowledged.
At 3:05 p.m. a cricket match started between student players of different universities.
At 3:55 p.m. there was a cricket match between senior officers of H.E.C and senior officers of Ministries/ Public offices.
At 4:40 p.m. there was a kabaddi match between student players of different universities.
At 5:30 p.m. there was a tug of war match between student players of different universities.
At 5:50 p.m. there was a tug of war match between senior officers of H.E.C and senior officers of Ministries/Public offices.
  
  
At 3:30 p.m. there was a basketball (WOMEN) match between student players of different universities.
There was a cultural program after all the matches finished.
At 6:00 p.m. there was award distribution and closing remarks by worthy Chairman H.E.C.
