  3. Bring Copy of Your Processing Fee Challan Form(PAID)
  4. For Challan Form bring ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS with you.
  5. Submit a photocopy set of all documents.
  6. Last Date for Fee Submission is also Tuesday 10-03-2022.
  7. Bring all Original Documents including:
    • Fee Submission Challan
    • Roll Number Slip
    • Matric Result Card Original
    • Intermediate Result Card Original
    • CNIC/Form B Original
    • Two Passport Size Photographs
