Workshop on Hypnotherapy and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy Techniques

Faculty and students of Department of Psychology actively participated in two days’ workshop on “Hypnotherapy and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy Techniques”. Faculty Incharge / HOD/ Dr. Umara Rauf  (Assistant Professor), Ms. Saba Asif (Associate Lecturer) and Ms. Aqsa Khalil (Associate Lecturer) were present in two days’ workshop with University students.

This workshop organized by Mr. Yabaiz Saleem Ranjha and psychologists for help center at Allah Malik Resturant, Khawja Safdar Road Cantt. The experts or speakers were Dr. Rafique Dar (Assistant Professor) and Ms Sara Subhan (Assistant Professor ICP) from UMT Lahore.

This workshop was very constructive for students as well as faculty members and professional regarding learning of hypnotherapy techniques that can be best utilized by, emerging it with Cognitive Behaviour Technique for the treatment purpose of many Psychological emotional and Trauma related disorder.
