Dr. Qurat Ul Ain is working as Assistant Professor (TTS) in the Department of Zoology,
Government College Women University Sialkot. She obtained her PhD degree in Zoology in
2019 from Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad, Pakistan. Her field of specialization is
Reproductive Physiology/Neuroendocrinology. The research interests includes reproductive
physiology, endocrinology, environmental toxins, herbal contraceptives, public health concerns
for maternal and child health with focus on MDGs. Currently, MS and PhD research students are
working under her supervision on various endocrine disruptors affecting fertility regulation, by
using rat and fish models. She has published various research articles in well reputed
international journals. She has served as IPFP fellow (2020-2021) in Zoology dept. of GCWUS
and completed SRGP project as Principal Investigator, awarded by HEC.
