Important Note:
1. Obtain your Fee Challan Form from Respective Department.
2. Bring Copy of Your Processing Fee Challan Form (PAID)
3. For Challan Form bring ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS with you.
   • Matric Result Card Original
   • First Year or Intermediate Result Card Original
   • CNIC/Form B Original
   • Two Passport Size Photographs
4. Last date for fee submission of 3rd merit list will be 20th Oct, 2020 within bank timing. Late submission of fee will not be admissible.
