The event was organized with the collaboration of SSC and GCWUS at the auditorium of SSC Sialkot Cant. Respected Vice Chancellor of GCWUS Dr. Farhat Saleemi presided the event. In the beginning the ribbon cutting ceremony was held which marked the official opening of joint research activities of both institutes at SSC library. Then the seminar was commenced which aimed to give the students awareness about the teachings of Prophet Mohammad ﷺ concerning International Relations in contemporary times.
Khwaja Masood Akhtar, Senior Vice President of SSC delivered a welcome address. Then Dr. Ishtiaq Ahmad Gondal from Sheikh Zayed Islamic Center University of the Punjab addressed the audience on the topic “International relations in the light of Uswa e Hasanah”. Dr. Farhat Saleemi also gave a speech and elaborated few further aspects of the topic mentioned above. This was followed with a question answer session. Then General Secretary of SSC Pervaiz Ahmad Khan delivered vote of thanks speech. At the end souvenirs and shields were distributed among the honorable guests.
